This enables infinitely smooth motion, an ultra-fine resolution of <0.1 nm, and millisecond response times. Furthermore, integrated closed-loop capacitive sensors eliminate piezo hysteresis, ensuring flawless repeatability even in extreme vacuum or cryogenic environments.
